Our city needs pedestrian paths that citizens want to walk. The 'Path of Containing Contemplation' is a path for rest and contemplation while walking comfortably. As you climb along the wooden path of the promenade, the water, the mountain and sky of the reservoir spread out in front of you. A good walking path requires a place to stay, rest, and overlook. When you stop for a moment, you face the nature that changes with time. The intake tower remains closed for a long time and does not actively perform its function. 
From a long time ago, we placed pavilions in places with beautiful natural scenery. It was a space for reflection, contemplation, relax and encounter. 
The coexistence of use and openness of facilities with controlled access is also a subject of social interest. The ceiling of the pavilion, which gathers contemplation, is full of dazzling luster. And at the bottom is an abyss of thought. Here we meet nature, discover ourselves, and meet people. As the sun goes down, the facility glows subtly poetic.
