-경계와 관계 짓기의 다양한 사이(틈)
공원의 매력은 자연을 배경으로 공공의 집합적 문화와 개인의 개별적 영역들이 서로 공존하며 다중적 관계 짓기가 펼쳐지는 데 있다. 공원 속 식재가 만들어 내는 다양한 윤곽들, 불명확한 경계를 가진 여백(틈)들 속에서 우리는 편안함을 느낀다. 자연이 만드는 이러한 느슨한 영역화를 새로운 도서관의 공간적 테마로 설정한다. 책 마당, 입체 테라스, 선큰, 처마 등의 다양한 틈과 여백들로 구성된 도서관은 영역을 이어주고 경관을 열어주는 배경의 건축이 됨으로써 단순히 기능을 담는 도구의 틀을 초월한다. 좋은 건축은 완결된 형태가 아닌 사용하는 사람들이 채워 나갈 수 있는 생동감 넘치는 여백을 만들고, 우리를 그 속으로 이끄는 것이다. 이를 통해 공원과 도시, 자연과 건축은 서로 구분되지 않고 하나의 풍경이 될 것이다. 새 도서관은 안과 밖의 경계가 모호하며 기능 아닌 사용자의 의도에 따라 다중의 소통과 관계성을 만드는 자유로운 건축이다.

Scattered & Fragmentary Biblio-scape
The charm of the park lies in the coexistence of the public collective culture and the independent domains of individuals against the backdrop of nature, and diverse relationships unfold. We feel comfortable in the various in-between space and indistinct boundaries formed by various plants in the park. This loose territorialization created by nature is set as a spatial theme for the new library..
The library, composed of various gaps and blanks such as terraces, sunkens, and eaves, transcends the framework of tools that simply contain functions by becoming an architecture that connects areas and opens up the landscape. A good architecture is not a finished form, but a vital space that peoples can fill, and lead us into it.
Through this, the park and city, nature and architecture will become one. Architecture as a landscape. The new library is a free architecture that creates multiple communication and relationships according to the user's intentions rather than functions, with the boundaries between the inside and the outside being ambiguous.
