"An open space beyond banking"
Layered façades and gardens filter time,
while open paths connect the flow of the city with moments of encounter.
Searching for a new type of bank architecture that blends into the daily life of community. Today, with the activation of Internet banking and various types of Fin-Tech, existing banks' business sites are radically extinct.
The bank floors are boldly located to the upper part, and the cultural lounge, daycare center, and youth playground are designed three-dimensionally from the 1st to 6th floors. It embrace gardens of various depths and form on the each levels in a sturdy frame of building envelope.
"은행을 넘어선 열린 공간"
겹겹의 파사드와 정원이 시 간을 거르고, 열린 길이 도시의 흐름과 만남을 이어준다.
거대한 스케일의 건축물들로 빼곡히 채워진 구로 디지털 단지 사거리에 위치한 새로운 하나은행 사옥은 자연과 여백을 품은 건축이다. 그것은 불명확한 윤곽과 깊이를 가지며 안과 밖의 경계를 흐린다. 흡사 공원속 나무들의 가지와 입들 마냥 입체적으로 구성된 3차원 스크린 파사드와 그 안에 자리하는 다채로운 깊이와 모양의 테라스/정원들은 층별로 다르계 디자인된 계단을 통해 수직 정원을 형성한다.
지면 레벨에서는 타원형 파빌리온을 통해 내부 보행로를 만들고 1층에서 4층까지 컬쳐 라운지가 자연스럽게 펼쳐진다. 은행 이용객 뿐만 아니라 디지털 단지 구성원들의 여가와 소통, 문화향유를 위한 개방된 공간으로서 은행이 지역에 제공하는 모두의 거실이다. 새로운 하나은행 사옥은 건축이 삭막한 도시속 여유넉넉한 자연을 머금고 수직적인 공원이 되고자 하는 시도이다.
